科研管理工作的内容繁多,从我们科研管理工作的实践中,深深体会到科研管理应该从管理好选题做起,才能善始善终。选题管理的主要内容是科研选题的筛选。这一工作在整个科研管理中可以说是关键的一环,为着抛砖引玉,我想谈谈选题管理的点滴体会: 一、选题管理的重要意义及对科研管理人员的要求选题,它包含着科研的方向与任务,从而决定它的研究价值,选题的管理工作,主要是通过审评与予测,为科研职能机构决定取捨;进而为安排科研人力、物力与财力提供技术依据。它将直接关系到科研的成功与失败,以及人力物力使用上的节约
