In order to cooperate with the implementation of ATA certificate system in our country and carry out effective supervision over the import and export of goods under the ATA certificate, the General Administration of Customs has formulated the Measures for the Supervision and Control of Imports and Exports under the Provisional Import Certificate of the Customs of the People’s Republic of China Measures for the Internal Contact and Coordination of Customs on the Implementation of the System of ATA Certificate of Registration, and Measures for the Customs of the People’s Republic of China on the Supervision of Imported Exhibits.
