用兔皮肤Ⅲ型胶原免疫ＢＡＬＢ／Ｃ小鼠，取淋巴细胞与小鼠骨髓瘤细胞ＮＳ－１融合，成功地得到了三株分泌抗Ⅲ型胶原抗体的杂交瘤细胞，该单克隆抗体二株属ＩｇＧｂ，一株属ＩｇＧ１，不能与Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型胶原和纤维连接蛋白结合，也不能与经过热变性和细菌性胶原酶消化后的Ⅲ型胶原反应，这表明它与Ⅲ型胶原结合部位为胶原的螺旋构型区域。
BALB / C mice were immunized with rabbit skin type Ⅲ collagen and lymphocytes were fused with mouse myeloma NS-1 cells. Three hybridoma cells secreting anti-type Ⅲ collagen antibody were successfully obtained. Two monoclonal antibodies Belongs to IgGb and belongs to IgG1 and can not bind to type I, type II collagen and fibronectin, nor can it react with type III collagen after thermal denaturation and bacterial collagenase digestion, indicating that it binds to type III collagen binding sites It is the spiral configuration area of collagen.
