本文应用抗重组人白细胞介素1β(rHIL—1β)单克隆抗体建立酶联免疫吸附试验,对脑脊液、腹水和胸腔积液中IL—1β进行检测。发现IL—1β在机体内可有两种存在形式:游离IL—1β和结合型IL—1β。并可检出IL—1β与其抗体所形成的免疫复合物。两种形式的IL—1β随患者病程发展呈现不同的检出优势。发病早期游离IL—1β检出率较高,而中晚期只能检出其复合物。二者联合检测有助于全面了解IL—1β在生理和病理变化中的作用。
In this study, anti-recombinant human interleukin-1β (rHIL-1β) monoclonal antibody was used to detect IL-1β in cerebrospinal fluid, ascites and pleural effusion by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. IL-1β is found in the body in two forms: free IL-1β and bound IL-1β. And can be detected IL-1β and its antibodies formed by immune complexes. Both forms of IL-1 [beta] present different detection advantages as the patient progresses. Early onset of free IL-1β detection rate is higher, but only in the late detection of its complex. Joint detection of both can help to fully understand the role of IL-1β in physiological and pathological changes.
