本文报告了美国产第Ⅱ代全自动活检枪 ,及 18G、 2 1G枪用活检针和穿刺架等在B超引导下进行肝内肿物穿刺活检(主要细针 ) 182例 ,成功率达 99 4% ,术后均未出现并发症。作者认为超声引导下穿刺法安全准确 ,损伤小 ,并发症低 ,没有绝对禁忌症 ,较CT引导下穿刺法经济 ,且无射线损伤 ,而进针入路全程可见 ,是目前各级医院均可采用的良好的肝内肿物组织活检方法
This paper reports on 182 cases of intrahepatic mass biopsy needles (mainly fine needles) under the guidance of B-ultrasound with a success rate of 99 in the United States, the second-generation automatic biopsy guns produced in the United States, and biopsy needles and puncture holders for 18G and 21G guns. No postoperative complications occurred in 4%. The author believes that the ultrasound-guided puncture method is safe and accurate, with minimal injury, low complications, and no absolute contraindications. It is more economical than CT-guided puncture and has no ray injury. The needle entry procedure is visible throughout the entire process and is available at all levels of hospitals.
