大数据时代用户的主要特征有:1.用户搜集的数据资料的领域范围越来越广。2.数据的收集从告知方式向强行或是暗中搜集手段发展。3.用户收集的范围在迅速扩展。大数据给用户带来的主要危害有数据采集的方式危害到了用户的知情权和控制权;任意的搜集用户数据侵犯了用户的隐私权;在没有经过用户同意的情况下对用户的信息进行公开侵犯了用户的隐私权;对用户资料信息进行分析利用侵犯用户隐私。在大数据时代中用户利益司法保护要坚持隐私权保护的原则,建立民事和行政责任相结合,刑事责任为辅助的多样化保护方法。
