DNA is a well-known radiation-sensitive target molecule. Single-stranded DNA breaks are a common type of damage caused by ionizing radiation and can be rejoined under certain conditions. To explore the mechanism and influencing factors of DNA strand breakage and rejoining repair is one of the important research contents of radiation medicine, radiobiology, and tumor biochemistry. Microporous membrane method was established by Kohn from 1973 to 1976
