目的试图在体表记录人子宫平滑肌的电活动,并确定之;了解子宫电活动的变化特征。方法在患者孕检或住院待产中,选择孕周在16~42wk之间的孕妇42例,争取其配合,在腹壁体表放置银氯记录电极双极,用SJ-42生理四道记录仪记录子宫平滑肌电活动。为确认电活动的来源,在6例非孕妇女体表和2例剖腹产产妇的子宫上作了记录,并对3例腹壁较薄患者产后6h的子宫电活动作了体表记录。结果非孕妇女腹壁上记录不到子宫的平滑肌电活动;怀孕早期,子宫平滑肌电活动微弱,临近分娩时,子宫肌肉电活动频率增加,幅度增强,电活动的持续时间延长。结论体表记录子宫平滑肌电活动是可行的,电活动的特征可反映子宫收缩和产程进展的情况。进一步确定其临床意义,有待于深入研究。
Objective To record the electrical activity of human uterine smooth muscle on the surface of the body and to determine it; to understand the changing characteristics of uterine electrical activity. Methods 42 patients with gestational age between 16 ~ 42wk were enrolled in the method of pregnancy test or hospital stay. The bipolar electrodes of silver chloride recording electrodes were placed on the surface of abdomen with SJ-42 physiological four-channel recorder Uterine smooth muscle electrical activity. In order to confirm the source of electrical activity, records were made on the uterus of 6 non-pregnant women and 2 caesarean mothers. The surface activity of the uterus was recorded on the 6th postpartum in 3 patients with thin abdominal wall. Results In the pregnant women, the uterine smooth muscle electrical activity was not recorded in the abdominal wall. In early pregnancy, the uterine smooth muscle had weak electrical activity. When the childbirth was close to birth, the frequency of uterine muscle electrical activity increased and the amplitude increased and the duration of electrical activity prolonged. Conclusion Body surface recording of uterine smooth muscle electrical activity is feasible, the characteristics of electrical activity may reflect uterine contractions and labor progress. To further determine its clinical significance, to be further studied.
