从日本川芎(Cnidium officinale)的根茎中分离出一种命名为cnidirhan AG的酸性多糖。其在电泳和硅胶色谱上显示均一性,分子量测定为5.1×10~4。在碳廓清试验中,cnidirhan AG呈现明显的网状内皮系统增强活性,从图表上可看到阳性对照组
An acidic polysaccharide named cnidirhan AG was isolated from the rhizome of Cnidium officinale. It showed homogeneity on electrophoresis and silica gel chromatography, and the molecular weight was measured as 5.1×10~4. In the carbon clearance test, cnidirhan AG showed significant reticuloendothelial system-enhancing activity. Positive controls were seen on the chart.
