作者在构建缺失cya和crp基因鼠伤寒杆菌SR-11突变株的基础上,又成功地构建了鼠伤寒杆菌SL1344和UK-l△crp和△cdt突变株。
Based on the construction of SR-11 mutant strains of Salmonella typhimurium lacking cya and crp genes, the authors successfully constructed Salmonella typhimurium SL1344, UK-1Δcrp and △ cdt mutant strains.
