通过录像观察、文献资料和统计分析等方法,对佐德兰德在伦敦奥运周期内4次大赛单杠单项决赛比赛成绩、所有难度组别动作选择以及飞行动作与连接加分动作编排的特征进行研究。结果表明:1)佐德兰德在尽可能保持较高D分的前提下,通过尽量维持动作完成质量来赢得比赛;2)成套动作的难度在伦敦奥运周期稳步提高,但仍有提升的空间;3)成套动作编排中飞行动作和连接加分动作数量多、难度大并发挥到了极致。
Through the methods of video observation, literature and statistical analysis, the paper studies the performances of Zoldland in single-bar horizontal bar finalistage, the selection of all the difficulty groups and the arrangement of flight action and connection bonus during the Olympic Games in London . The results show: 1) Zoendrann won the competition by maximizing the quality of the action as much as possible, and 2) the difficulty of the set of moves steadily increased during the London Olympics, but there is still room for improvement ; 3) the complete set of movements in the arrangement of flight movements and connection points plus a large number of moves, difficult and played to the extreme.
