糠醛的化学组成,随生产它的原料而不同。本文报导采用色谱质谱联用仪(JMS-D300和JMA-2000联用)分析以针叶材为原料的成品糠醛的化学组成,样品采自南岔水解厂。先用气相色谱仪分离样品中的各个组份,然后用气质联用仪检出各组份的质谱图,经与标准谱图对照而后定性。个别组份如莰烯、萜二烯(1,8),正己醇和莰醇(2)用标准样定位。共出现14个峰,其中1~#至8~#峰依次为丁二酮、莰烯、萜二烯(1,8),萜二烯(1,3)。正己醇、香芹酮、糠醛、甲基糠醛;10~#至14~#峰依次为邻甲氧基苯酚、右旋葑醇、莰醇(2)、蒈醇(3)、对-盖烯酮。9~#峰未定,有待进一步研究确定。
The chemical composition of furfural varies with the raw material from which it is made. This paper reports the chemical composition of finished furfurals with softwood as raw material by using chromatographic mass spectrometry (JMS-D300 and JMA-2000). The samples were collected from Nancha Hydrolysis Plant. The first use of gas chromatography separation of the various components of the sample, and then detected by gas chromatography mass spectrometry of each component, compared with the standard spectra and qualitative. Individual components such as camphene, terpene (1,8), n-hexanol and alcohol (2) with the standard positioning. A total of 14 peaks appeared, of which 1 ~ # to 8 ~ # peaks were diacetylene, camphene, terpene (1,8) and terpene (1,3). N-hexanol, carvone, furfural and methyl furfural. The peaks of 10 ~ # to 14 ~ # were ortho-methoxyphenol, dextrinol, menthyl alcohol (2), menthyl alcohol (3) ketone. 9 ~ # peak undetermined, pending further study to determine.
