以重庆城市管理职业学院现代殡仪技术与管理专业(以下简称“殡仪班”)为例,强调在学生职业认同教育中应通过诠释殡葬服务的职业精神内涵,培养殡仪专业学生的服务意识,深入挖掘殡葬事业的行业文化价值,培养殡仪专业学生德育责任意识,深入挖掘殡葬服务的科学内涵,培养学生科学意识,从而提升学生的职业认同感,为殡葬行业的健康发展输送合格人才。
