我们遇到一例Holt—Oram综合征病人,报道如下。患儿,女,11岁。因发现先天性心脏病10年入院。患儿平日体弱,易感冒,多次患肺炎,治动耐力较同龄儿童差,稍剧烈活动即感心慌,气短。无紫绀及蹲距现象。家族中无类似病史。体检:体温36.8℃,呼吸20次,脉搏80次,血压110/70。发育一般,唇无紫绀。心前区稍隆起,心尖搏动在左锁
We encountered a case of Holt-Oram syndrome patients, reported as follows. Children, female, 11 years old. Congenital heart disease found for 10 years admitted to hospital. Children on weekdays frail, easy to catch cold, many times suffering from pneumonia, treatment of endurance than children of the same age, a little violent activities that feel flustered, shortness of breath. No cyanosis and squat distance phenomenon. No similar family history. Physical examination: body temperature 36.8 ℃, breathing 20 times, pulse 80 times, blood pressure 110/70. Development in general, no cyanosis lips. Pre-cardiac area slightly elevated, apex beat in the left lock
