通过对新城交通规划特点的分析,提出了新城交通规划的目标和将交通规划与城市 规划相结合的规划新方法,分析了城市规划与交通规划的互动性及两者实施的相互约束关系。
Through the analysis of the characteristics of the traffic planning in Xincheng, the new transportation planning goal of Metro and the new planning method combining traffic planning with urban planning are put forward. The interaction between urban planning and traffic planning and the mutual restraint relationship between the two are also analyzed.
