不管是在平时的初中英语考试当中,还是在正式的中考英语考试当中,英语阅读理解所占的分值最多,因此也受到了一线教师的很多关注。很多教师都尝试着各种办法来提高学生们的英语阅读理解能力。但是,在很多时候,所收到的效果并不是很好。其中最关键的一个原因是:单凭初中英语课堂上的阅读时间是远远不够的。学生们在课堂上能够接触到的阅读材料是非常有限的,很多时候课本上所提供的阅读材料孩子们也不太感兴趣,这在很大程度上会制约着学生们英语阅读理解
