从石化炼油装置常见的管道特定焊接方法出发,分析了CO_2气保焊在炼油管道焊接中的常见缺陷及其用超声检测的适用性。对超声检测工艺进行了选择和优化,对于实际生产中压力管道的安装和超声检测具有指导意义。
Based on the common pipe-specific welding methods of petrochemical refinery units, the common defects of CO_2 gas-welding in the welding of refinery pipelines and their suitability for ultrasonic testing were analyzed. The selection and optimization of the ultrasonic testing process are instructive for the installation and ultrasonic testing of the pressure pipe in actual production.
