在前一期“不锈钢工业”杂志上已发表过关于高合金不锈钢Avesta254SMO性能的文章。本文[1]概括了现场试验和在海水中运行四年以上的使用经验。还涉及到Avesta腐蚀试验室以及瑞典和从事极高耐蚀性的不锈钢研究的其它实验室的一些研究结果。要指出的是:含钼6%的不锈钢的高耐蚀性不仅取决于高的铬和钼含量,而且还取决于其它诸如氮、锰、铜合金元素的适当平衡的成分。
In the previous issue of “Stainless Steel Industry” magazine has published on the high-alloy stainless steel Avesta254SMO performance article. This paper [1] summarizes field experience and experience with over four years of operation in seawater. It also covers some of the findings of the Avesta Corrosion Laboratory as well as other laboratories in Sweden and in the stainless steel study of very high corrosion resistance. It is pointed out that the high corrosion resistance of 6% molybdenum-containing stainless steel depends not only on the high chromium and molybdenum contents but also on the balance of other appropriately balanced components such as nitrogen, manganese and copper alloying elements.
