(Promulgated on June 8, 2016) ~ (1) The European Parliament and the Council of the EU, in accordance with the Treaty on the Operation of the European Communities, in particular Article 207 (2) of the Treaty, and the European Commission, adopt the present Regulations on the following grounds.
