勐腊县勐捧镇勐捧村委会曼秀村民小组,2007年列为第二批社会主义新农村建设试点村,是我州最早的省级文明村。从1999年至今,连续三次评为省级文明村,先后获云南省敬老先进村、拥军优属先进单位,西双版纳青年文明村寨等荣誉称号,2005年在全国创建文明村镇工作中被评为先进村。翻开曼秀村一页页都写满了自豪,凝聚着一批批农村基层干部默默奉献的成果。他们用脚踏实地的工作作风,不计得失,带头致富,想村民所想,急村民所急,在社会主义新农村建设中发挥着不可替代的作用,成为农村工作中不能没有的骨干力量。俗话说;金杯银杯不如老百姓的口碑!曼秀村民小组组长波温扁心系百姓,用普通村干部的不凡的情操、挚热的情怀改变家乡面貌的精神在当地传为佳话,成为农村建设中的楷模。5月19日至23日,我们随西双版纳社会主义新农村建设采风团一行走进曼秀这个具有光荣历史的文明村寨,看到忙碌的组长波温扁正带领村民兴修道路。只见村头寨尾堆满了石头、水泥和沙子,整个村寨正大兴土木,农民们额头渗着汗珠,心里眼里却按捺不住的喜悦和自豪,大家你追我赶地挥舞着手中的锄头和铁铲,在烈日下劳作着,内心只有一个心愿:让响当当的文明村更秀更美!让曼秀村的村容村貌大有改观,让我们的安居生活再上一个新台阶!
