城乡集贸市场食品卫生实行综合治理的探讨

河北魏县卫生防疫站从1986年起,结合本地实际情况,动员社会各界力量,试行了集贸市场食品卫生综合治理方案,几年来取得了一定效果。一、城乡集贸市场食品卫生工作存在的主要问题 1.食品生产经营者方面生产经营者多系农民和城市无业人员,有少数是国家企事业单位的停薪留职人员,其文化素质和卫生知识水平较低,法制观念淡薄。在食品生产经营活动中,盲目追求利润,不注重食品质量和卫生条件,无证经营和超范围经营的情况较为普遍。

The level is low and the legal system is weak. In the food production and operation activities, blind pursuit of profits, do not pay attention to food quality and sanitary conditions, unlicensed operations and over-range operations are more common.
