坚守新闻理想根本的一条是肩负起坚守报纸的神圣使命。互联网和经济新常态是对报业发展的挑战巨大,困难和挑战面前,最需要的是信心,是坚守,是专注。要坚信报纸的生命力,坚信新闻的力量,坚信新闻职业的价值。我很幸运!作为一个大学学新闻、毕业后一直从事新闻工作的人,组织上给了我一个实现新闻理想的舞台。从2005年3月开始,我担任大众报业集团党委书记、董事长、总编辑,到现在已经11年。11年的时光,多么难得,多么珍贵,多么值得回味!
One of the fundamental principles of upholding the ideals of journalism is to shoulder the sacred mission of keeping the newspaper alive. The new normal of the Internet and economy is a great challenge to press development. Before the difficulties and challenges are faced, what we need most is confidence, sticking to it and focusing on it. We must firmly believe in the vitality of the newspaper, firmly believe in the power of news, and believe in the value of journalism. I am very fortunate that as a university student, people who have been engaged in journalism since graduation have given me a stage to realize the ideal of news. Since March 2005, I have been Secretary of Party Committee, Chairman and Editor-in-Chief of Public Press Group. It has been 11 years now. 11 years time, how rare, how precious, how memorable!
