良性中央回癫痫(benign rolandicep-ilepsy BRE),又称良性儿童期中央区一颞部棘波灶癫痫是临床上一种少见的癫痫类型,国内报道较少,我们遇到一例,现报道如下:患者女性,5岁。于1987年3月4日来我院就诊。1985年1月31日因受冷于午睡醍来后出现右侧眼睑阵发性抽搐,伴右口角流涎,当时神清,能言语,无发烧,持续约5分钟消失。以后连续几天午睡后发作。1987年2月26日夜眠后再次出现右侧眼睑抽搐,并伴右侧口角及上肢抽搐,当时神清,持续约5分钟消失,但发现吐字欠清、右上肢无力,约1小时后恢复.无头痛
