目的:通过对高校退休教师的健康行为习惯及中医保健知识需求情况进行调查,旨在探讨如何做好高校退休教师中医保健服务工作。方法:随机选取浙江省台州地区3所高校的402例退休教师为研究对象,同时随机选取台州市市区3个社区的410名非高校退休教师的老年人作为对照研究对象,对两个人群的健康行为习惯和中医保健知识需求情况进行调查和比较分析。结果:高校退休教师健康行为习惯和中医预防保健知识等方面的得分均显著高于非高校退休教师,且差异存在着统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高校退休教师对于中医保健知识的需求度高于非高校退休教师,应有针对性地加强中医保健知识宣教工作。
Objective: To investigate the health behaviors of retired teachers in colleges and universities and the demand for knowledge of health care in TCM so as to explore how to do well the retired teachers of traditional Chinese medicine in colleges and universities. Methods: A total of 402 retired teachers from 3 colleges and universities in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province were randomly selected as the research objects. At the same time, 410 non-university retired teachers from 3 communities in Taizhou were randomly selected as control subjects. Health behaviors and health care needs of traditional Chinese medicine to investigate the situation and comparative analysis. Results: The scores of rehabilitative teachers’ health behaviors and TCM preventive health care knowledge in colleges and universities were significantly higher than those of non-university retired teachers, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The demand of retired teachers in colleges and universities for knowledge of health care in traditional Chinese medicine is higher than that of retired teachers in non-university education. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the education and knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine in health care.
