介绍了一种用激光诱发红外光热辐射法对金属材料激光表面硬化层进行深度剖析的新技术。用这种技术,对经激光表面处理的锆合金(Zr-2.5Nb)表面硬化层的厚度进行无损检测,所得结果与常规的破坏性检验方法(剖面显微硬度测量)一致。
A new technique of laser-induced infrared thermal radiation is introduced to deeply analyze the laser surface hardened layer of metal materials. Using this technique, non-destructive testing of the thickness of the laser surface-treated zirconium alloy (Zr-2.5Nb) surface hardened layer results in agreement with conventional destructive testing methods (section microhardness measurements).
