我们党走过了70年的光辉历程。中国70年翻天覆地的变化,说明了一个真理:在共产党的领导下,走社会主义道路,这是历史的必然。党的十一届三中全会确定全党工作重点转移,经过党的十二大、十三大,形成了以经济建设为中心、坚持四项基本原则和坚持改革开放的基本路线,开创了建设有中国特色的社会主义道路。历史和现实都告诉我们,我们取得的一切胜利,都是在党的领导下,依靠人民群众取得的;而挫折和失误的发生,问题也往往主要出在党内。党的状况如何,对于国家和民族的命运具有决定性的意义。十三届四中全会以来,以江泽民同志为核心的党中央,全面地贯彻执行党的基本路线,聚精会神地抓党的建设,赢得了全党和全国人民的衷心拥护。
Our party has gone through 70 years of glorious history. The earth-shaking changes in China over the past 70 years illustrate the truth that taking the socialist road under the leadership of the Communist Party is a historic necessity. The Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China decided to shift the focus of the work of the entire party. After the 12th and 13th CPC National Congress, a basic line of taking economic construction as the center and upholding the four cardinal principles and insisting on reform and opening up was formed and a building was started Socialist road with Chinese characteristics. Both history and reality tell us that all the victories we have won are won by the masses of the people under the leadership of the party; and the problems and mistakes often come mainly from within the party. The situation of the party is decisive for the fate of the country and the nation. Since the Fourth Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee, the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Jiang Zemin as the core has thoroughly implemented the party’s basic line and focused its efforts on party building, winning the sincere support of the entire party and the people throughout the country.
