利用微量热天平模拟装置,对山西繁峙褐煤进行热降解模拟实验,考察了作为催化剂介质的粘土矿物和无机盐类对褐煤热解生烃过程的影响,求得了催化生烃过程的动力学参数(表观活化能和视频率因子)。结果表明:催化剂介质不同程度地降低了热降解反应的表观活化能,从而加速了反应的进行。各种催化剂对活化能的影响由大到小依次为:蒙脱石,方解石,K2CO3,Na2SO4,NaHCO3,CaCl2,高岭石,伊利石,MgCl2。无机盐类的催化机制可以用电子转移学说加以解释。
In this paper, a simulation experiment of thermal degradation of fossil coal from Fanzhong in Shanxi Province was carried out with a microcalorimeter simulating device. The effects of clay minerals and inorganic salts as catalysts on the pyrolysis of lignite were investigated. The kinetic parameters (Apparent activation energy and video rate factor). The results show that the catalyst medium can reduce the apparent activation energy of the thermal degradation reaction to varying degrees, thus accelerating the reaction. The influences of various catalysts on the activation energy are as follows: montmorillonite, calcite, K2CO3, Na2SO4, NaHCO3, CaCl2, kaolinite, illite, MgCl2. The catalytic mechanism of inorganic salts can be explained by the theory of electron transfer.
