编者按2013年12月23日,是中国革命文艺的著名领导人、作家、文艺与电影理论评论家陈荒煤诞辰100周年纪念日。陈荒煤同志1932年加入中国共产党,是20世纪30年代著名的左翼青年作家;1938年任延安鲁迅艺术学院文学系主任;新中国成立前后任四野宣传部副部长、中南军区文化部长、中南地区文委会副主任;1952年任文化部电影局副局长,后历任电影局局长、文化部副部长、顾问,以及中国社会科学院文学研究所副所长、中国作协副主席、中国影协副主席、中国夏衍电影学会会长等职,是我国文艺战线的重要领导
Editor’s note: December 23, 2013 marks the 100th anniversary of the birth of Chen Long coal, a well-known leader, writer, literary critic and film critic of the Chinese revolutionary literature and art. He joined the Communist Party of China in 1932 and became a famous left-wing young writer in the 1930s. He was the director of the Literature Department of the Lu Xun Art Institute in Yan’an in 1938. He was the deputy minister of the Propaganda Department of Four Fields before and after the founding of New China, the Minister of Culture of the Central South Military Region, In 1952, he served as Deputy Director of the Film Department of the Ministry of Culture, later as Director of the Film Bureau, Vice Minister and Consultant of the Ministry of Culture, and Deputy Director of the Institute of Literature of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Vice Chairman of the Chinese Writers Association, Vice Chairman of the China Film Association, Xia Yan Film Society president and other staff, is an important leader of our country’s art and literature front
