目的 :探讨喉癌组织中RB基因突变及其与临床分期的关系。方法 :用聚合酶链式反应和单链构象多态性 (PCR SSCP)对 90例喉癌标本进行检测。结果 :90例中 ,2例发生纯合性缺失 ,12例SSCP异常电泳 ,总突变率 15 .5 % (14 / 90 ) ;Ⅰ~Ⅱ期喉癌RB基因突变 5例 (13.9% ) ,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期RB基因突变 9例 (16 .7% ) ,两者之间差异无显著性意义。结论 :RB基因突变在喉癌的发生发展中起着一定的作用 ;RB基因突变与喉癌病程无关
Objective: To investigate the relationship between RB gene mutation and clinical stage in laryngeal carcinoma. Methods: Ninety laryngeal cancer specimens were detected by polymerase chain reaction and single strand conformation polymorphism (PCR SSCP). Results: Among the 90 cases, 2 cases had homozygous deletion and 12 cases were abnormal electrophoresis with SSCP, the total mutation rate was 15.5% (14/90). The RB gene mutations in stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ laryngeal carcinoma were 5 cases (13.9%), Ⅲ There were 9 cases (~ 16.7%) of RB gene mutations in ~ Ⅳ stage, the difference was not significant. Conclusion: The mutation of RB gene plays a role in the occurrence and development of laryngeal carcinoma. The mutation of RB gene has nothing to do with the course of laryngeal cancer
