戴××,男,18岁,未婚,江苏省人,老鸦陈公社某大队皮鞋厂工人.1981年10月21日,因全身出现弥漫性红色丘疹、奇痒,前往我所求治.患者因患急性黄疸型肝炎,曾前往郑州市传染病医院进行检查.10月20日上午11时许,在该院作超声波检查(已化验肝功能)后,被确诊为急性黄疸型肝炎.医生嘱其继续肌注清肝利胆针(并用其它护肝药)而回本所治疗.翌晨,患者自觉全身轻度搔痒,但未引起注意.下午又肌注一次清肝利胆针2支,当天晚上发现全身布满红色丘疹.奇痒。当时因疑为清肝利胆针过敏而暂停该药,并立即会诊.体检:体温38℃,脉搏92次/分,血压116/70毫米汞柱.急性病容,精神萎靡,神清.球结膜黄染明显,面颊、颈部皮肤黄染.心肺无异常.腹部平坦,柔软,肝右肋下1.5厘米,剑突下3厘米,质
