汞剂与碘剂药物接触后,起化学作用产生二价汞化合物。汞及所有的高汞盐都有毒性,汞盐的溶解度越大,离解度越强,毒性也越大。例如红汞(俗称红药水或220),学名4.5—二溴乙羟基萤光素钠与碘酒相遇后起反应即生成有毒的碘化汞钾(K_2HgI_4)。汞及其化合物可通过呼吸道、消化道和皮肤吸收入人体后产生急性或慢性汞中毒症状。重者可因失水虚脱而死。因此汞剂与碘剂药物千万不能同时使用。
Mercury and iodine drug contact, play a chemical role to produce divalent mercury compounds. Mercury and all high mercury salts are toxic, the greater the solubility of mercury salts, the stronger the dissociation, the greater the toxicity. For example, mercury (commonly known as red potion or 220), scientific name 4.5-dibromo-hydroxy-luciferin sodium and iodine meet after the reaction to generate toxic potassium mercury iodide (K_2HgI_4). Mercury and its compounds can be absorbed into the body through the respiratory tract, digestive tract and skin and cause symptoms of acute or chronic mercury poisoning. Severe cases may die due to dehydration. Therefore, agents of melatonin and iodine must not be used at the same time.
