塔式起重机的立塔、拆塔和较重物件的吊装,一直是我公司施工中的关键问题。在无产阶级文化大革命和批林整风运动的推动下,我队广大职工自己动手制造起重设备。在加工能力差,技术力量薄弱的情况下,广大职工发扬艰苦奋斗精神,以自制为主,外协为辅,就地取材,修旧利废,经过日夜奋战,8吨液压汽车式起重机在短期内制造成功并投入施工(图1)。该起重机简介如下:
Tower cranes, tower cranes and lifting of heavy objects have always been the key issues in our company’s construction. Under the impetus of the proletarian cultural revolution and the forestry rectification movement, the majority of the staff of our team began to manufacture lifting equipment by themselves. In the case of poor processing capacity and weak technical power, the majority of employees carry forward the spirit of arduous struggle, relying mainly on self-control, assisting with outside parties, drawing materials locally, repairing old waste, and fighting hard day and night. The 8-ton hydraulic truck crane is short-term. In-house manufacturing was successful and put into construction (Figure 1). The crane is as follows:
