1974年11月1日至16日,国家建委在河南省洛阳市召开了全国施工技术革新经验交流会。会议以批林批孔为纲,认真学习了毛主席的重要指示。大庆油田建设指挥部,吉林化工建设公司李国才管道加工班等30多个单位介绍了经验,并就施工技术革新、技术改造的规划问题,交换了意见。会议还举办了施工技术革新成果展览会。 会议认为,在无产阶级文化大革命和批林批孔运动推动下,施工战线群众性的技术革新运动蓬勃发展,工人群众在技术革新运动中发挥了主力军作用,出现了一大批行之有效的技术革新成果,如滑升模板、喷锚支护、气顶法安装贮罐,水下定向爆破、热拌热模混凝土等新
From November 1st to 16th, 1974, the National Construction Committee convened the National Construction Technology Innovation Experience Exchange Conference in Luoyang City, Henan Province. The meeting was based on the approval of Lin Piao Kong and carefully studied Chairman Mao’s important instructions. More than 30 units such as the Daqing Oil Field Construction Headquarters and the Li Guocai Pipeline Processing Group of Jilin Chemical Construction Company introduced their experiences and exchanged opinions on the planning of construction technology innovation and technological transformation. The conference also held exhibitions of construction technology innovation achievements. The meeting held that under the impetus of the proletarian cultural revolution and the approval of the Lin Piao and Confucius Movement, the mass innovation movement of the construction front flourished, the masses of workers played a leading role in the technological innovation movement, and a large number of effective technologies emerged. Innovation results, such as slide-up formwork, spray-anchored support, gas-top installation tank, underwater directional blasting, hot mix hot-formed concrete, etc.
