我们山西省公路局晋东南分局,担负着长治、晋城两市境内1261公里干线公路的建养任务。七年来被省公路局评为公路建养“先进单位”,1986年被树为全省公路系统的“标兵公路分局”;先后被交通部授予“全国交通系统两个文明建设先进单位”称号,被省政府授予“先进单位”和“重点建设先进单位”称号。我们之所以能够赢得上述一些荣誉,其中重要一条靠的是坚持改革,认真推行了经济承包责任制。下面重点介绍我们推行公路养护经济承包责任制的一些办法。
Our Shanxi Provincial Bureau of Highway Jinsongnan Branch, responsible for the Changzhi, Jincheng 1261 kilometers of highway construction and maintenance tasks. In the past seven years, it has been appraised as “advanced unit” of highway construction and maintenance by the Provincial Highway Bureau. In 1986, it was named the “Model Highway Branch” of the province’s highway system. It was awarded the title of “Two Civilization Construction Advanced Units in National Transportation System” by the Ministry of Communications successively, By the provincial government awarded “advanced unit” and “key construction advanced unit” title. The reason why we have won some of the above honors is that one of the important things we rely on is maintaining the reform and conscientiously implementing the economic contract responsibility system. The following highlights some of the ways in which we implement the economic contractual responsibility system for road maintenance.
