目的:以玉米低营养饲料喂养小鼠为模型,通过已建立的BDI-GS新体系评价传统中药六味地黄丸的补益及主治功效,揭示该系统在中药品种功效评价及古方、验方挖掘中的实用价值。方法:本体系以线性生长期的健康ICR小鼠为研究对象,以单纯喂食玉米饲料小鼠为空白对照组,受试物组小鼠喂食玉米药物掺和饲料,分别给予含有0.5%、0.75%和1.5%的六味地黄丸玉米粉饲料,共喂养12 d。称重后取血样、处死解剖,统计9项脏器组织重量、系数等指标,计算其BDI和GS值,并进行血清生化指标的分析测试。结果:从六味地黄丸掺和饲料喂养小鼠的体重变化及累计GS值可以看出其营养滋补效应较低;低剂量对胰腺重量及肾脏系数指标与空白组相比存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。中高剂量对肝、肾、性腺、胸腺、胰腺及肺脏的系数BDI均大于1.0,并呈剂量依赖性增高。结论:六味地黄丸具有滋阴补肝肾,调节免疫和对II型糖尿病的辅助治疗功效;中高剂量对机体健康有一定补益功效,且总体上对机体健康无不良反应,适合日常滋补保健应用。研究结果完全符合六味地黄丸的补益及主治功效,以及药性缓和的特征。研究的结果表明,BDI-GS体系适合用于中药品种的功效评价及传统中药古方、验方的挖掘研究。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Liuweidihuangwan on the basis of the established BDI-GS system and to evaluate the efficacy of this system in traditional Chinese medicine value. Methods: The healthy ICR mice in linear growth stage were selected as the control group. The blank mice were fed with maize diet alone. The mice in the test group were fed with maize drug and were given 0.5%, 0.75% And 1.5% Liuweidihuangwan corn meal feed for a total of 12 days. Blood samples were weighed, sacrificed and anatomized. Nine indicators of organ weight and coefficient were calculated. BDI and GS values were calculated and serum biochemical indexes were analyzed and tested. Results: The changes of body weight and accumulated GS value of mice fed with Liuweidihuang Pills showed that the nutritional nourishing effect was lower. The indexes of pancrease weight and nephron index were significantly different between the low dose and the blank group (P < 0.05). The BDI of medium and high doses on the liver, kidney, gonad, thymus, pancreas and lung were both greater than 1.0 and increased in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion: Liuweidihuang Pill has the functions of nourishing liver and kidney, regulating immunity and adjuvant treatment of type II diabetes. Middle and high doses have certain replenishing effects on the health of the body, and generally have no adverse reactions to body health and are suitable for daily nourishing and health care applications. The findings are in full compliance with Liu Wei Di Huang Wan tonic and attending efficacy, as well as the characteristics of ease of drug. The results show that BDI-GS system is suitable for the evaluation of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine varieties and the excavation of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions and prescriptions.
