目的掌握在医用诊断X射线能谱范围内,不同防护材料对X射线产生散射的差异性。方法采用热释光剂量测量方法进行测量。结果相同照射条件下,铅板的散射率最低,钡基复合板最高(P<0.01);随着管电压的增加,除铅板外,其它防护材料的散射率出现增加趋势;不同防护材料的组合,其散射率主要与表层防护材料有关。结论不同防护材料对X射线的散射性不同。
Objective To grasp the difference of X-ray scattering caused by different protective materials within the scope of medical diagnostic X-ray energy spectrum. Methods The thermoluminescence dose measurement method was used for the measurement. Results Under the same irradiation conditions, the scattering rate of the lead plate was the lowest and the barium-based composite plate was the highest (P <0.01). With the increase of the tube voltage, the dispersion of other protective materials increased with the increase of the tube voltage. Combination, the scattering rate is mainly related to surface protective materials. Conclusion Different shielding materials have different diffusivity to X-ray.
