国际贸易法的实践性很强,客观上要求加强案例教学法的运用。目前国际贸易法案例教学中,存在的问题有:(1)案例教学法的理念存在问题,(2)教学案例的质量较低,(3)案例教学的实施手段单一,(4)案例教学没有反应课程的国际性。为了更好的实施案例教学法,可以四点调整:(1)引入更多的教学手段实施案例教学,(2)强化案例教学的国际性,(3)大力提高教学案例的质量,(4)尝试分班教学的模式。
The practicality of the law of international trade is very strong and objectively calls for strengthening the application of the case teaching method. At present, there are some problems in the teaching of case law of International Trade Law: (1) the concept of case teaching method has some problems, (2) the quality of teaching cases is low, (3) the means of case teaching is single, and (4) Internationalization of response courses. In order to better implement the case teaching method, four points can be adjusted: (1) introducing more teaching methods to implement case teaching; (2) strengthening the internationality of case teaching; (3) greatly improving the quality of teaching cases; and (4) Try the teaching model.
