From February 1983 to February 1987, a total of 3784 cases of ambulatory electrocardiogram (ECG) were collected in 4 years. A total of 102 patients met the diagnostic criteria of various stages of myocardial infarction (MI), of which 54 were lost to follow-up and 12 of 48 patients were followed up 2 cases of sexual death), through follow-up analysis.
