目的评价窝洞的充填因素对牙折的影响。方法应用流行病学调查方法,收集2009年6月-2011年7月来煤炭总医院就诊已进行窝洞充填超过1年的1256颗后牙,其中发生238颗牙折的临床病例,分析影响其牙折发生的相关因素。结果银汞充填的牙齿783颗,有182颗牙齿发生折裂(23.2%)。金嵌体的牙齿95颗,有23颗(24.2%)发生折裂,而树脂充填牙数为312颗,折裂牙数为26颗(8.3%),瓷嵌体牙齿66颗,发现折裂的牙数为7颗(10.6%)。银汞合金及金嵌体充填较树脂与瓷嵌体充填牙折裂的发病率要高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。就充填的类型来看,Ⅱ类充填的牙齿576颗,发现127颗牙齿(22.0%)折裂,Ⅰ类充填的牙齿680颗,其中111颗折裂牙(16.3%),Ⅱ类充填较Ⅰ类充填折裂的发生率高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论充填材料的选择和充填的类型是影响牙折的重要因素。
Objective To evaluate the effect of filling factors on the tooth crest. Methods A total of 1,256 posterior teeth were retrospectively collected from June 2009 to July 2011 in coal general hospital for more than one year. Results A total of 783 teeth were filled with amalgam, with 182 teeth fracturing (23.2%). The incidence of fracture of silver amalgam and gold inlay was higher than that of resin and porcelain inlay tooth, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). In terms of filling type, there were 576 teeth of type II, and 127 teeth (22.0%) were found to be fractured. There were 680 teeth of type I, 111 of which (16.3% The incidence of filling fracture was high, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The choice of filling material and the type of filling are important factors that affect the folding of the tooth.
