目的:CCU规范预防压疮的管理实践进行回顾分析,探究压疮预防及治疗的有效措施。方法:宁波医疗中心李惠利医院2013年2月起开始实施规范预防压疮管理措施,要求每一名患者住院时填写压疮危险因素分析表,对每一名患者按照危险因素分析表中所列出的项目逐一进行评分。对患者的皮肤状况、配合程度等因素进行综合性分析,制定出针对性较强的压疮预防管理对策。比较分析规范预防压疮管理措施实施前后患者压疮预防、治疗效果情况与患者护理满意度。结果:观察组患者压疮预防与治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。而观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对于患者的实际情况,综合考虑各种危险因素制定高效、科学、规范的预防压疮管理对策,可以有效的提高患者压疮的预防与治疗效果,提高患者的护理满意度。
OBJECTIVE: To conduct a retrospective analysis of the management practices of CCU to prevent pressure ulcers and to explore effective measures for prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers. Methods: Ningbo Medical Center Li Waili Hospital began implementing standardized measures to prevent pressure ulcer from February 2013. Each patient was required to fill in the analysis table of pressure ulcer risk factors when hospitalized. Each patient was listed in the risk factor analysis table The items are scored one by one. Comprehensive analysis of the patient’s skin condition, with the degree of cooperation and other factors to develop a more targeted pressure ulcer prevention and management measures. Comparative analysis of normative measures to prevent pressure ulcer before and after the implementation of preventive measures in patients with pressure ulcer treatment, patient care satisfaction and satisfaction. Results: The preventive and curative effect of pressure ulcer in observation group was better than that of control group (P <0.05). Patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: According to the actual situation of the patients, comprehensively considering all kinds of risk factors to develop effective, scientific and standardized measures to prevent pressure ulcer, which can effectively improve the prevention and treatment effect of pressure ulcers and improve patient satisfaction.
