目的 :探讨FGFR4 mRNA在我国南方地区肺腺癌组织中的表达以及与肺腺癌患者术后生存和预后的相关性。方法 :以实时荧光定量RT-PCR检测我国南方地区126例肺腺癌和正常肺组织中FGFR4 mRNA的表达量;应用Kaplan-Meier生存分析法分析FGFR4 mRNA的表达高低与肺腺癌患者术后生存时间的相关性。结果:实时荧光定量RT-PCR检测126例肺腺癌组织中FGFR4 mRNA相对表达量,发现癌组织中FGFR4 mRNA表达明显下调,两组比较有统计学意义(P﹤0.0001)。术后生存时间在高表达FGFR4 mRNA组的肺腺癌患者中比低表达FGFR4 mRNA组肺腺癌患者明显延长,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :FGFR4 mRNA的表达与我国南方地区肺腺癌的发生和预后有一定的相关性,肺腺癌患者中FGFR4 mRNA表达下调,而FGFR4 mRNA高表达的肺腺癌患者可能有更好的生存期。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of FGFR4 mRNA in lung adenocarcinoma tissues in southern China and its correlation with postoperative survival and prognosis in patients with lung adenocarcinoma. Methods: FGFR4 mRNA expression was detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR in 126 cases of lung adenocarcinoma and normal lung tissue in southern China. Kaplan-Meier survival analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the expression of FGFR4 mRNA and the postoperative survival of patients with lung adenocarcinoma The relevance of time. Results: The relative expression of FGFR4 mRNA in 126 cases of lung adenocarcinoma was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR. The expression of FGFR4 mRNA was significantly down-regulated in both groups (P <0.0001). The postoperative survival time was significantly longer in lung adenocarcinoma patients with high expression of FGFR4 mRNA than in patients with low expression of FGFR4 mRNA, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The expression of FGFR4 mRNA is correlated with the occurrence and prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma in southern China. The expression of FGFR4 mRNA is down-regulated in patients with lung adenocarcinoma, while the lung adenocarcinoma with high expression of FGFR4 mRNA may have a better survival .
