目的:建立黄褐毛忍冬总皂苷中α-常春藤皂苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法对黄褐毛忍冬总皂苷中α-常春藤皂苷进行含量测定,色谱柱为Welchrom C18(5μm,4.6×250 mm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(43:57);流速1.0 ml/min;检测波长为205 nm。结果:α-常春藤皂苷在0.32~1.62μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.07%,RSD为1.11%(n=6)均符合要求。结论:方法简便、准确、适用于对黄褐毛忍冬总皂苷中α-常春藤皂苷的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of α-ivy saponin in total saponins of honeysuckle. Methods: The content of α-ivy saponin in total saponins of Lonicera macrophylla was determined by HPLC. The column was Welchrom C18 (5μm, 4.6 × 250 mm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (43:57) Flow rate 1.0 ml / min; detection wavelength was 205 nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship between α-ivy saponins and peak area in the range of 0.32-1.62 μg (r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 98.07% and the RSD was 1.11% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate and is suitable for the determination of α-ivy saponins in the total saponins of Honeysuckle.
