随着新一轮的课程改革,选项教学作为一个亮点出现在我们的体育课程中,随之而来也出现了一系列的问题,如学生都有哪些项目可选、学生在选项中出现的问题,以及教师专业技能如何、能否胜任各个项目、给体育教师带来的困惑等。随着选项教学的实施和实践,证明了选项教学的可行性,它既能激发学生的学习兴趣和个性的发展,还能达到锻炼身体的目的,但也存在一定的弊端。本文就此进行了探讨。
