辐射诱导的旁效应是指在未照射细胞中存在的一种生物学效应,包括诱导细胞增殖、分化、死亡、基因突变、基因组不稳定等。电离辐射诱导的旁效应随着应激信号的传递而不断进展。大量细胞学研究发现,辐射诱发旁效应的信号传递途径主要有两条,直接通过细胞间隙通讯(gap-junction intercellular communication,GJIC)传递损伤信号,或通过向培养基中释放可溶性的细胞因子来传递损伤信号。本文就辐射旁效应中几个重要的信号分子做一简要综述。
Radiation-induced side effects refer to a biological effect that exists in non-irradiated cells, including induction of cell proliferation, differentiation, death, gene mutation, genomic instability, and the like. The side effects induced by ionizing radiation continue to evolve as stress signals are transmitted. Numerous cytological studies have found that there are mainly two signaling pathways for radiation-induced side effects, which transmit the damage signal directly through gap-junction intercellular communication (GJIC) or by releasing soluble cytokines into the medium Damage signal. In this paper, a brief overview of several important signal molecules in the side effects of radiation is given.
