用Parmar,K.S.(1980)关于雄性不亲和指数〔花药长×宽(A)/柱头长×宽(S)〕,在显微镜下观测了D汕A、冈矮A、冈朝A及明恢63、冈朝B、2229、2125、2224、IR24等不育系和恢保材料的花器形态变异,结果如表1。表中数据表明,不育系花器变异的趋势是柱头宽大、花药瘦小。三个不育系柱头长宽积值比花药的长宽积值大147.3%,其平均雄性不亲和指数为0.3753<0.5,且柱头属永久伸出型。其中D汕A柱头外露率达99.1%,柱头双露率达25.3%,极利于接纳外来花粉。花药瘦小是与无花粉或花粉畸形、不充实、不染色、不散粉等性状联系在一起的,故表现为雄性不育。Parmar研究了印度的5000多份材料,认为雄性不亲
Male and female incompatibility indices (anther length × width (A) / stigma length × width (S)) were measured under a microscope using the method of Parmar, KS (1980) 63, Gangchao B, 2229,2125,2224, IR24 and other CMS lines and restore the flower arrangement of morphological changes, the results shown in Table 1. The data in the table shows that the tendency of floral variation in CMS is that the stigma is large and the anthers are thin. The length and breadth of stigma of three CMS lines were 147.3% larger than the length and breadth value of anthers. The mean male incompatibility index was 0.3753 <0.5, and stigma was a permanent extension. One D Shantou stigma exposed rate of 99.1%, stigma double exposure rate of 25.3%, very conducive to the admission of foreign pollen.
