[目的/意义]随着资源建设和流通服务的变革,国内部分图书馆对逾期罚款制度进行的革新引发争议。逾期罚款制度下读者的借阅和逾期行为究竟呈现何种特点、制度如何改革应该从实际借阅数据着手进行分析。[方法/过程]通过抓取图书馆逾期读者的借阅数据进行人工标引,分析目前仍旧采用逾期罚款制度的情况下读者逾期行为特点,根据提取的特征指标刻画逾期读者的类型,并制定相应的应对措施。[结果/结论]高频率逾期读者的逾期行为主要由于多册次、长时间、反复逾期导致,并且有连续多次逾期记录的会加重逾期行为。逾期罚款制度在具体情境下所起到的作用和约束力是存在差异的,基于用户借阅数据制定适合国内图书馆用户的政策,利用新技术提供更加完善的借阅服务将会有利于缓解读者的逾期行为。
[Purpose / Significance] With the reform of resource construction and circulation services, some domestic libraries have made controversy over the reform of overdue fines. Under the system of overdue fines, what are the characteristics of readers’ lending and overdue behaviors, and how to reform the system should begin with the actual borrowing data. [Methods / Processes] By grasping the borrowing data of overdue readers in the library for manual indexing, this paper analyzes the features of overdue behavior of readers in the case of overdue fines, and depicts the types of overdue readers according to the extracted features and makes corresponding Responses. [Result / Conclusion] The overdue behavior of overdue readers with high frequency is mainly caused by overbooking, prolonged and repeated overdue, and the overdue record of multiple overdue records will aggravate the overdue behavior. There are differences in the role and binding power of overdue fines in specific situations. Based on the data borrowed by users, policies suitable for users in domestic libraries and the provision of more perfect lending services by using new technologies will be helpful to ease the overdue of the readers behavior.
