针对压铸机快速压射系统PID控制器参数快速寻优问题,提出了一种混沌粒子群优化(CPSO)算法。该算法利用混沌序列对惯性权重进行混沌变异,添加混沌扰动项对陷入局部最优值的种群进行混沌搜索。通过仿真对比试验表明,该算法相对于一般的粒子群优化方法具有更好的收敛速度和精度,能显著提高PID控制器的寻优速度,从而实现压铸机快速压射系统的最优控制。
Aiming at the problem of rapid optimization of the parameters of PID controller for die casting machine, a chaos particle swarm optimization (CPSO) algorithm is proposed. The chaotic sequence is used to chaos the inertia weight of chaotic sequence, chaos is added to the chaotic sequence by adding the chaotic perturbation term to the population which falls into the local optimal value. The simulation tests show that the proposed algorithm has better convergence speed and accuracy than the general PSO, and can significantly improve the optimization speed of the PID controller, so as to realize the optimal control of the rapid injection system of the die-casting machine.
