Based on the analysis of the difference between the basic system and operation framework of investment and financing in China and the developed countries in the western countries, this paper mainly analyzes the basic economic environment of investment and financing, the basic system of investment and the difference of financing framework, and provides some ideas for the reform of the system of investment and financing in our country.
