目的了解腓骨肌皮复合组织的血供特点、手术及实施种植义齿的可行性，为其临床应用提供临床手术解剖基础。方法对10例病人切取脉骨肌皮复合组织岭以供修复下颅骨及周围软组织，观察用E骨肌皮复合组织瓣的①血供特点；③手术操作要点；③手术并发症；④腓骨与种植义齿的关系。结果腓骨肌皮复合组织瓣制备可靠，是目前修复软硬组织复合缺损的较理想修复材料。
Objective To understand the characteristics of blood supply of perioculiferous skin tissue and the feasibility of operation and implementation of implant denture, and to provide the basis of clinical surgical anatomy for its clinical application. Results The preparation of fibula myocutaneous composite tissue flap is reliable and is an ideal repair material for the repair of composite defects of soft and hard tissue.
