调查了１３１１名大学生（男７００人，女６１１人）罹患常见牙病的情况。结果表明，青年大学生中常见的牙病有龋齿、牙列不齐、四环素牙、牙周炎、牙结石、釉质发育不全，以龋齿和牙列不齐最为常见。牙常见病的发病率约为５０．０４％±１．２４％。一般龋齿、四环素牙发病率女性显著高于男性，而牙周炎发病率男性明显高于女性。城市学生龋齿、四环素牙、釉质发育不全明显高于农村学生，而农村学生牙周炎、牙结石则明显高于城市学生，这些差异有高度显著性，Ｐ＜０．０１。
A total of 1,311 undergraduates (700 men and 611 women) were investigated for common dental problems. The results showed that the common dental diseases among young college students were dental caries, missing dentition, tetracycline teeth, periodontitis, dental calculus and enamel hypoplasia. The most common dental caries and dentition were dental caries and dentition. The incidence of common dental disease is about 50.04% ± 1.24%. The incidence of dental caries and tetracycline was significantly higher in women than in men, while the incidence of periodontitis was significantly higher in men than in women. Urban students dental caries, tetracycline tooth, enamel hypoplasia was significantly higher than rural students, while rural students, periodontitis, dental calculus was significantly higher than urban students, these differences were highly significant, P <0.01.
